Skewers was established in 2001 and is a highly respected Catering and Takeout business and is now situated among Cummings Properties at the junction of I-93 and I-95 at 150 #F New Boston Street.
For the past decade, Skewers Catering & Takeout has been providing fuel for work with our office lunches. Just really good food, always made traditionally and daily, with the freshest ingredients, and made to be enjoyed. We have a track record of delivering our office catering orders. Led by owner, Chef Pantelis Karakatsanis, the menu has been developed from beloved Greek recipes of marinated meats, seafood, and vegetables. The dishes are made fresh daily by our talented, in-house culinary team who can cater for any dietary restriction or event. Skewers' focus is serving fresh, tasty, and healthy food. During the month of March, we cater an Irish menu with a Greek twist, as a nod to our Irish co-owner.
